Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: Initiate your return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Exchanges Made Easy
The quickest way to get what you want? Return the original item, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new one.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 7 Days: Notify us of any misprints, damages, or defects.

- An unboxing video of the product.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging.
- Verification Process: Without an unboxing video, refunds or replacements may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, unless defective.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
