Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Initiate your return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

The quickest way to get what you want? Return the original item, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 7 Days: Notify us of any misprints, damages, or defects.
  • Proof Required:
    • An unboxing video of the product.
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging.
  • Verification Process: Without an unboxing video, refunds or replacements may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, unless defective.

Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
